What a kickoff it was for our Kentucky Crappie Trail 2019/2020 season opener at Rough River for our Rough River/Nolin Lake division.
Directors Jonathan and Sarah Freeman brought in 15 boats to the season opener, a new high for the Rough/Nolin division on what was a hot summery day.
Good bags were caught all around with Crappie Monster pro Jeremy Mattingly and partner Derick Wicker took home 1st place with 6.20lbs of crappie.
Second place went to Hayes/Hayes with 5.65lbs, third place to Hacker/Williams with 5.28lbs and big fish of the tournament to Hayes/Hayes at 1.23lbs.
We want to thank everyone for the great start to the KCT season and hope to see many more faces out at the Rough River/Nolin division on October 12th at Nolin Lake.
