Liability Release– In submitting your information on this website or in person to Kentucky Crappie Trail, I hereby release the state of Kentucky, Kentucky Crappie Trail, it’s officials, directors and sponsors from any and all damages, claims, demands, costs, or expenses relating to injury of persons or damages to property which may be caused by reason of participating in or in connection with any Kentucky Crappie Trail tournaments or events.
Covenant not to sue and waiver of subrogation – I further agree, I will never sue Kentucky Crappie Trail, it’s officials and directors, or it’s sponsors for damages on account of any injury or damage that I suffer or cause. Whether known now or which may develop in the future in connection with this or any other Kentucky Crappie Trail tournament or event. I expressly agree to identify and hold Kentucky Crappie Trail, it’s officials, directors and sponsors harmless from any liability whatsoever, including court cost and attorney’s fees arising with respect to such action. I understand by signing this agreement I waive all my rights to sue Kentucky Crappie Trail, its officials, directors or sponsors. I further understand by signing this agreement, I waive any rights my heirs or relatives have, or may have to sue Kentucky Crappie Trail, its officials, directors, or sponsors for liability. Your signature constitutes submission to polygraph examination. I signify by my signature, I have read and understand the above agreement and agree to all.
